Thanks, man. I have my heavy bag set up but I've been avoiding it. My trick with gloves is to stuff a paper towel in them after, to soak up any sweat, then leave them in the sun. It kills bacteria. Tough to get sun INSIDE them of course... I switched to open palm gloves for that reason.
